In September 2011, Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) teamed with The Chamberlain Group (Chamberlain), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, to win a 5‐Year Regional Oversight Contract (ROC) with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) – Region 7.

Carolyn Green, President and CEO of Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) participated in the Philadelphia Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week conference from October 5‐7, 2011.

From October 31 through November 2, 2011, PE attended the 2011 National Minority Supplier Development Council’s annual conference held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

During the October 2011 NMSDC 2011 Conference, Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc.'s (PE’s) President Carolyn Green was selected to be interviewed for an article with BeeNewsNetwork, a Business, Education and Entertainment News entity.

PE was one of the sponsors for the Innovation Expo 2012 titled "Inspiring Ideas & Promoting Research to Impact Global Change," held February 15‐16 at Morehouse College.

With assistance from Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE), the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Department at Lambert St. Louis International Airport has completed development of an Environmental Management System (EMS) as part of the International Standards Organization (ISO) 14001 self‐certification process.

Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) announced the expansion of their operations in March 2012 with the opening of their Atlanta office.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Kansas City District announced on March 15, 2012 that Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) has been awarded a HUB‐Zone and a Small Business Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect‐Engineer (A‐E) Services within the Corps’ Northwestern Division.
