Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) is currently under contract with the St. Louis CDA for a 5-year Environmental Consulting Services Contract to provide technical assistance in preparing Environmental Review Records (ERR), Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and Environmental Remediation to document compliance with HUD and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental Standards as specified at 24 CFR 58.5(i)(2), and EPA Risk Based Corrective Action (RBCA) Tier 1 Risk Assessments (RAs) as needed.
Since award of the contract, PE has completed twenty-three different contracts to complete ASTM E 1527-21-Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, followed up with Phase II ESAs when applicable, Environmental Reviews, and the preparation of Generic Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs) in connection with Community Development Block Grant funds and a $500K Brownfields Assessment Grant recently awarded by the EPA to the City of St. Louis
