Missouri Department of Natural Resources Award

PE was recently awarded a 3-year, $250K, time-and-materials contract with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) to provide Investigation/Assessment and Remediation Document Review Services. The contract includes supplying the MDNR Tanks Section with a part-time registered geologist (and other technical personnel) to provide document reviews and technical support at underground storage tank (UST) sites throughout the state. Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. participates in Wash U’s Engineering Mentor Program

November 21, 2016. Filippe Cade, Chief Engineer for PE and engineering graduate from Washington University in St. Louis (Wash U), is participating again in the Wash U Engineering Mentor Program. Filippe’s mentee, Samantha Wang (pictured above with Mr. Cade), visited PE’s St. Louis office and shadowed the PE engineers to get insight into the daily tasks and activities of an environmental engineer. The program runs from October 2016 through April 2017.

September 22, 2015 Rachel McShane, a LEED Green Associate for PE, will be a Green Mentor for a local St. Louis County school as part of the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC’s) Quest Program.The program runs from October 2015 through early March 2016, and Rachel’s team (at her designated school) will compete, per documentation of their 6 month efforts, for prizes.
