On January 31, 2013, Charles Gray (pictured below, third from the right) participated in the New Partners for Community Revitalization, Inc. (NPCR) 5th Annual Brownfields Forum entitled "New Connections." The forum was held at National Grid's Brooklyn office and focused on the opportunities to integrate Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) communities to advance Rebuilding, Recovery, Resilience as well as Renewables and how these efforts ensure that the needs of specific communities, in particular communities of color, are considered.
