March 2012 – PE Eyes Atlanta and the Southeast for Growth

Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) announced the expansion of their operations in March 2012 with the opening of their Atlanta office.

"We see great potential in Atlanta and the Southeast as the region develops its infrastructure, in response to continued population growth; in addition, a number of our long time partners and customers are already operating in the region, so we've received a warm welcome. We’re looking forward to expanding those relationships,” stated Charles Gray, PE’s Chief Operating Officer, who will head the Atlanta office.

Adding to the attractiveness of Atlanta is its geographic accessibility (especially via Hartsfield International Airport), which offers efficient access to the southeastern US, as well as international markets, which PE also has identified as part of their growth strategy.

Despite the challenging economy, PE experienced business growth in 2011. "The Atlanta office represents a key component in our strategy for continued growth", noted Carolyn Green, PE’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
