Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) successfully completed three Environmental Condition of Property (ECP) Assessments of three tracts of land located in Illinois, Nebraska, and North Dakota on behalf of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District and the 88th Readinesss Division (88th RD). The 88th RD has jurisdiction over real property for use as U.S. Army Reserve Centers (ARCs).
The tracts of properties consisted of a 3,585-acre Joliet Training Area site, 10.34-acre Lewis and Clark ARC site, and a 0.62-acre Norfolk USARC site.
Completing the tasks of the Task Order (TO) also included the development of a Quality Control Plan (QCP), a written Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP), which included an Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA). Tasks associated with the ECPs included Records Search and Review, On-Site Inspoection, Interviews, Review of Special Resources, and the preparation of individual ECP reports. Submittals of the reports included a Draft, Draft Final, and Final version.
During the course of the TO, PE completed montly progress reports, prepared a detailed project schedule, generated meeting minutes during a pre-scoping teleconference and any subsequent progress meetings. PE also prepared, compiled, and maintained an administrative record of pertinent documents and other information related to the activities associated with the TO.
