We do not require you to provide any personal information to browse the Site. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it through one of our forms:
Contact and inquiry form (available on our home page, contact page, and service pages). When you submit this form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), and the message you write to us.
Employment application form (available on individual job postings under Career Opportunities). When you apply for a position, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the resume or similar file you upload, and any message you include with your application.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server and security services automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use this information solely to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this Site.

We use the information you submit for the following purposes only:

CleanTalk stores technical values in your browser’s local storage (it sets no cookies on this Site) and processes form submissions, including the submitted email address and message content along with your IP

The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends your IP address to Google’s servers to retrieve the font files. No cookies are set by this service.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media pixels, or any other tracking technologies. You can review or change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings icon on the Site.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed for the purposes described above. These include our website hosting provider, the form processing software on our WordPress site, the spam prevention services named in Section 4, and
our email provider, which we use to receive and respond to your submissions. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
6. Employment Applications
Information you submit with a job application, including your resume, is used solely to evaluate your candidacy and to contact you regarding employment opportunities. Application materials are kept confidential, shared internally only with those involved in hiring, and retained for 12 months after the
position is filled unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to retain them longer by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and thereafter as part of our ordinary business records for up to 3 years, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details

8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption on all Site pages and the anti-spam and anti-abuse protections described above. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We will honor verified requests unless we are legally required to retain the information.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit.
